Our next cohort begins in January 2026.
As a member of a Growth Salon cohort, you commit to showing up fully, both for yourself and for the group.
Here's what that looks like:
Each month, your cohort will meet in the Washington, DC area for a half-day deep dive into a key leadership growth edge.
You’ll explore themes like taking responsibility, leading with integrity, and feeling your feelings.
You’ll uncover blind spots, deepen self-awareness, and learn how to show up more fully as a leader.
Between meetups, you’ll meet one-on-one with a learning partner.
These meetups can occur either in person or virtually.
This is your space to practice what you’ve learned, take responsibility for your growth, and develop deeper connection with someone in your cohort.
As part of the program, we’ll step away from our routines for a 3-day immersive retreat.
This retreat is designed to deepen connection, expand your emotional range, and accelerate personal transformation.
You’ll be part of a private Slack group with your cohort.
Each week, you’ll be expected to post a personal check-in and respond to at least one other member’s post.
This keeps the learning alive between sessions and builds trust through consistent, authentic presence.

You're probably not here for my bio. What you really want to know is: can you trust me to hold space for your growth?
That’s a fair question. I think the answer is yes.
Growth Salon brings together three parts of my life that I care deeply about—startups, facilitation, and conscious leadership.
You'll be led by someone who has "been there, done that". I spent nearly a decade as co-founder and CEO of Retrium, a SaaS startup that I grew to millions in revenue and thousands of customers.
Along the way, I became an expert in facilitation and co-authored the 2nd edition of the best-selling book Agile Retrospectives.
But the work that changed me most was the inner work I did through conscious leadership. That work changed how I led, how I related to others, and how I related to myself.
I have lived the pressure, the isolation, and the inner turmoil that come with being the CEO of a growing company.
Growth Salon is the space I wish I had during those years.
